These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ORIVEIL, including the desktop application and this website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

01Unofficial fan tool

The Service is an unofficial fan tool and is not endorsed by Riot Games. VALORANT and Riot Games are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

ORIVEIL isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

02Price

The Service is provided free of charge.

03Linking your Riot account

  • Linking is done only through Riot Sign On with your own consent (opt-in), and becomes available after Riot Games approves our API access.
  • By linking your account you opt in to sharing your VALORANT match data with the Service. Information you choose to share — such as an overlay, league standings or a share code — may become visible to others.
  • You can unlink at any time and delete stored data.
  • You must also comply with Riot Games’ Terms of Service and policies.

04Prohibited conduct

  • Anything unlawful or against public order
  • Impersonating others, or registering someone as “consented” without their actual consent
  • Using the Service to harass, expose, discriminate against or invade the privacy of others
  • Unauthorized access to, overloading of, or attempts to extract API keys from the Service or its relay server
  • Using the Service to violate Riot Games’ rules (e.g., cheating or scouting)

05Your data

Data is stored primarily on your PC. Details are in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up your data (the app includes automatic backups).

06About displayed information

Statistics and “estimated” party information are computed for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Estimates are not facts. Do not use them to accuse or attack other players.

07Intellectual property

Rights in the Service’s own software and design belong to the operator. Rights in in-game images and names such as agents and maps belong to Riot Games, Inc. Images are used only from Riot’s official VALORANT Public Content Catalog.

08Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, availability or freedom from defects. Features may stop working due to changes, suspension or approval status of Riot Games’ APIs. Except in cases of the operator’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

09Changes and termination

The operator may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice.

10Changes to these Terms

Changes to these Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
